What we collect and why. Plain language first — this is a working draft to be reviewed with legal before launch.
1. What we collect
For sellers: name, email, Telegram username, city, optional phone and photo. For everyone: basic usage data (pages viewed, listings opened, contact clicks) to improve the marketplace.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace, show your public seller profile, connect buyers to you on Telegram, moderate for safety, and understand what's working.
3. What buyers see
Your display name, city, seller badges and Telegram username. Your phone number and email are never shown publicly.
4. Contact clicks
When a buyer taps “Message on Telegram”, we record that a contact happened (our core success metric). We don't read your Telegram conversations — they happen entirely on Telegram.
5. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run bibispace, or where legally required.
6. Your choices
You can edit or remove your listings and profile at any time, and contact us to delete your account.
7. Languages
bibispace is available in Uzbek, Russian and English; this policy applies across all three.
