The basics of using bibispace. Plain language first — this is a working draft to be reviewed with legal before launch.
1. Using bibispace
bibispace is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of pre-loved baby and maternity clothing in Uzbekistan. You must be able to form a binding contract to use it.
2. Accounts & sellers
Any registered user can become a seller. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your Telegram username accurate, since that's how buyers reach you.
3. Listings & content
Sellers must use real photos of the actual item, describe condition honestly, and only list permitted goods. We may review, hide or remove listings that break our rules.
4. Transactions happen off-platform
Buyers and sellers communicate and transact directly on Telegram. bibispace does not process payments, take commission, ship items, or act as a party to any sale.
5. Prohibited items
No medicine, baby formula, food, car seats, electricals (at launch), counterfeit, unsafe or misrepresented items. See Safety & standards for the full list.
6. Liability
bibispace provides the platform “as is”. We're not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items, or for interactions between users. Trade carefully and meet safely.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll note material changes on this page.
